Why work with Zhitnitsa Sibiri
On the ground in Siberia
We work directly with farms across the Omsk region — transparent origin, with no chain of resellers between you and the field.
Consistent Siberian quality
The continental climate gives high-protein wheat and premium pulses. Every lot is lab-checked and matched to your specification before loading.
Any volume, any basis
From a single truck (≈20–25 t) to full railcars. We arrange FCA station, DAP border or franco-elevator — the basis that fits your route.
Sourcing and shipment handled
We find the volume, organize quality and phytosanitary checks, loading and documents — you receive the grain, not the logistics.
Sourcing and shipment
We work as your partner on the ground in Siberia: we find the volume among Omsk-region farms, agree the specification, organize loading into railcars or at elevators, and arrange shipment on the basis that suits you — FCA station of departure, DAP to the Kazakhstan, Central Asia or China border, or franco-elevator. Regular destinations: Türkiye, Iran, China, the UAE, India, Central Asia and the EU.
Where we deliver
Regular destinations for Siberian grain, pulses and oilseeds — shipped by rail with phytosanitary and origin documents:
Registered Russian entity (OGRNIP / INN in the footer) · quality to GOST · phytosanitary certificate · independent SGS inspection on request.
Quality and compliance
Parameters (class, protein, moisture, purity, oil content) are agreed and fixed before loading. Grain complies with GOST and can be checked by an independent surveyor before shipment. We disclose the origin of every lot.

Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum volume?
We work from a single truck (≈20–25 t) up to full railcars. For pulses and oilseeds we also load 20–40 ft containers. Regular contract supply through the season is available.
On what basis do you deliver?
Whatever suits your route: FCA station of departure near Omsk, DAP to the Kazakhstan, Central Asia or China border, or franco-elevator. Onward sea freight can be arranged with partners. We confirm the basis with the quote.
Are you the grain owner or an intermediary?
We are your supply partner on the ground in Siberia: we source the volume from Omsk-region farms, verify quality, and organize loading and shipment. Contracts and documents are arranged transparently for every lot.
How is quality guaranteed and documented?
Class, protein, moisture, purity and oil content are fixed in the contract before loading. Every lot is lab-tested; independent pre-shipment inspection (SGS or similar) is available on request. Phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin are arranged.
What are the delivery times to Türkiye, Iran and China?
Indicative transit after loading depends on the route and basis — typically 2–4 weeks to Central Asia and Iran and 3–5 weeks to China by rail. The exact schedule is confirmed with the quote.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Quality certificate, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and the rail waybill (or other transport document). Additional documents (e.g. non-GMO, health) on request.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes — representative samples are available for pulses and oilseeds, and for large contracts we arrange pre-shipment inspection at the point of loading.
How is the deal contracted?
We work under an agency agreement: we act as your agent — we find the grain among Omsk-region farms, check quality and documents, and organize loading and rail shipment. The grain itself is bought from the producer, so the contract for the goods is between the buyer and the farm, while our agreement covers our service for a commission. We provide the contract, the invoice and the closing documents (act and agent report).
How are payments made, and how is my money protected?
All payments are by bank transfer to a settlement account — we accept no cash. The money for the grain goes to the supplier, not to us: we receive only our agency commission, also by bank transfer. The exact payment terms are fixed in the contract for each deal. Our registration is public and verifiable: Individual Entrepreneur, OGRNIP 320554300046102, INN 550701143620.
